The NBA has concluded its investigation into the LA Clippers and imposed major penalties over violations of the league's salary-cap rules involving Kawhi Leonard. The Clippers were fined $30 million and will forfeit five future first-round draft picks, while owner Steve Ballmer received a one-year suspension. Kawhi Leonard was fined $700,000, and other senior team figures also received suspensions. The league's findings centered on improper compensation arrangements and a pattern of conduct that violated rules designed to maintain competitive balance.
