Goalkeeper Orlando Gill emerged as the hero and Paraguay now advances carrying serious momentum into the Round of 16.

  • Wimbledon Opens With Early Drama and a Fresh Bracket Battle - Opening day at The Championships, Wimbledon delivered the usual mix of momentum swings, early exits, and bracket movement as players began the push through the year’s most famous grass-court tournament. Attention quickly shifted from first-round survival to how the draw may open for contenders in the coming days. With daily schedule changes and compressed recovery windows, the opening rounds often shape the entire event more than the finals week.

🔧 Digital Tip

Instead of installing VPN apps on every hotel TV, streaming stick, phone, and tablet, carry a small travel router that connects once to hotel Wi-Fi and routes all traffic through your VPN. Your devices connect to the router, not the hotel network. This creates one stable connection, reduces repeated captive portal logins, and often improves consistency for streaming services that react badly to frequent IP changes. It also limits how many public networks each device directly touches.
